Please Help Spastics

This is sooo amazing, i bought this wicked sunglass case at butterflies the other day and this was inside. Friggin love when you find this sort of thing its like a surprise time capsule type thing!

You can't really make it out very well in this photo but down the bottom the caption says "PLEASE HELP SPASTICS". "To Vicky, From Molly, All the best for 1985"
